Fintech is on the Rise

RED director Kyle Touchstone shared his thoughts with ABC 11 on the fast growth of the local fintech industry.

"There's great talent, a lower cost of living and still a great, great quality of life," said Kyle Touchstone, Raleigh's Director of Economic Development. "Who wouldn't want to be here?"

In Raleigh alone, over four thousand companies are driving +60k jobs that fall under fintech or “financial technology.”

The tech synergy in this part of the state is contagious and is attracting the attention of fintech companies worldwide.
