Jewelers Mutual Group Opens Office in Raleigh

A team of 50 staff members from Jewelers Mutual Group now occupies 31k sq ft of space in the One North Hills Tower in Midtown Raleigh. Why did the CEO, Scott Murphy, select Raleigh?

“I have seen how the Raleigh area fosters innovation, attracts exceptional talent, and supports strong community connections — all qualities that align with our goals at Jewelers Mutual,” says Murphy. “It has been rewarding to see those strengths come to life as we establish our new office.

Business North Carolina reported: The company expects to employ 200 people in North Carolina over the next five years and make its $5.85 million investment by Dec. 31, 2025. Although wages will vary depending on the position, the average salary for the new positions will be $169,592, compared to the current average wage in Wake County of $74,866. The new positions will bring an annual payroll impact to the community of more than $33 million per year.
